Industrial Design. Urban Design

“Mitnova” Line, 1975

System of office furniture.

The fundamental aim of this series was based on the demand for a low cost of manufacture, in what was thought to be a response to the demands of the national market, in a moment of evident economic crisis. The most innovative aspect of the project, marked by a radical formal purge, consisted in the complete elimination of drawers, elements that, due to their complexity and diversity of components, always imply an increase in production costs.
