To support the dialogue with the commissioner, a series of alternatives was produced from which the solution to be developed was chosen. The success of the series would be demonstrated by the public’s widespread acceptance (from the anonymous citizen to the architects of reference) and by the versatility of its application (in housing, hotels, services), as well as by the growing number of counterfeits and variants that have surfaced since then.
