Atelier Daciano da Costa

Official Partners

The current partnerships result from the maintenance of some of the professional relations established by Daciano da Costa, over the years and new furniture production companies, that guarantee the production of re-edition of pieces of his authorship.

Galante

Interior Design Studio

Founded in 1992, Galante is one of the leading and most respected Interior Design companies in Portugal.

Daciano da Costa maintained a close relationship with Galante, which 30 years later, we intend to maintain. "Galante found a market that began in the 1960s with the voluntary work of the now-defunct Electroluminosa (which promoted the renewal of "taste" and created a new clientele for Modern Design - an endeavour that is now forgotten...). Since then, many shops have sprung up with a design offer that is excessive and, more often than not, confusing, uncritical and unnecessary. Galante was not just another one of those design shops. The rigour and exactingness of the selection of the objects it offers are a reference and a guarantee of global quality, with a didactic and normative action on the market that I cannot fail to point out in this celebration of its ten years. So that it does not fall into oblivion.... November 2022" Daciano da Costa in a publication about Galante's 10 years.
